The Clinton-Essex-Franklin Library System is hosting a week of donation collections for the Elmore SPCA in Clinton County, NY.
Help us by dropping off contributions October 11-15th from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM at 33 Oak Street, Plattsburgh, NY in the front lobby of our building.
