Blessing Bags<\/strong>
October 1st – November 15th
Join us for a heartwarming community event aimed at spreading kindness and support to those in need. Our Blessing Bags Collection Drive is an opportunity to come together and make a difference in the lives of individuals and families in our local area. We are collecting essential items to create \u201cBlessing Bags\u201d that will provide much-needed relief and comfort to our neighbors facing challenges. Items collected will include: Gloves & Mittens, Hats, Socks, Toothpaste & Tooth Brushes, Deodorant, Small First Aid Kits, Non-Perishable Snacks, and Handmade Cards.
Registration is not required. Donations will be accepted in person at the library, at partner businesses in the areas, as well as via amazon using a Wishlist created for the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Central Square Library<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paws and Pages: Pet Supply Drive and Free Book Giveaway!<\/strong>
October 16th-21st from 10:00am-2:00pm
All ages
The Central Square Library will be hosting a Paws and Pages week-long event! This event will consist of a pet supply drive for Oswego County animal rescues and shelters as well as a FREE book giveaway! The Library needs your help to share the FREE books throughout the community in Little Free Libraries, nursing homes, senior centers, assisted living facilities and other organizations in need! Book Recycling and Pet Adoption Event<\/strong>
October 21st from 9:00am-3:00pm
All ages
Book recycling and pet adoption event! Bring your hardcovers and paperbacks to recycle and check out some animals that will be available for adoption. Donations for local pet adoptions agencies will also be accepted. Refreshments will be available on a first come, first serve basis!

South Lewis Fall Festival Book Giveaway<\/strong>
