Cornell Cooperative Extension Environmental\/Natural Resources educator Ryan Staychock will be available to help residents learn about the basics of composting. Participants can see and contrast a common compost bin that is available at retail stores with a home-made compost bin. Educational materials will be available to take home. People can make one toy for their pet and one toy to be given to the Fingerlakes SPCA. The pet food drive will continue through the next week and during the Annual Book and Bake Sale.
